Hollie has 13 years of experience as a fitness professional, and her STRONG program is designed specifically for women who want to lift weights and get results. She created this program to take the guesswork out of strength training, making it easy for you to show up and do the work. She has coached hundreds of women to transform their bodies and their mindset, and I can personally vouch for her expertise and dedication.
